This is where our story began back in 2000, with a deep passion for social marketing that creates real impact.

We're proud of our track record in developing award-winning behaviour change campaigns. We believe that good social marketing begins with service design. It's not about selling what you've got, but designing something that people can use.

All our social marketing projects begin with dismantling services that don't work and reconstructing them with the people who use them, and the teams that deliver them. Marketing is the last job to tackle, only once the service is fit for purpose. 

We have supported many clients with social marketing initiatives, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Utility companies and the voluntary sector.

Louise is a Senior Associate of the National Social Marketing Centre. She has an enviable reputation in healthcare social marketing and consumer/patient research. She has won multiple awards for her work including HSJ, CIPR, Association for Healthcare Communicators, Association of Chief Police Officers, Model of Best Practice in Business and Education Partnerships, National Patient Safety Award, Utility Industry Achievement Award and BITC.

  • Cool Schools - an award winning campaign for Yorkshire Water, providing access to free, fresh drinking water in schools.
  • Sub 21, an award winning campaign for the Department of Health's Social Marketing Learning Demonstration Site, in partnership with North Tyneside PCT, to reduce underage drinking.
  • Bigger Smiles, a social marketing campaign across the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, increasing access to NHS dentistry.
  • My Medicine, My Health, a medicines optimisation and waste reduction campaign with Northumbrian Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
  • AW Fresh, a CSR campaign for Anglian Water, tackling dehydration in care homes across the region.
