Examples of our work

  • Identified, negotiated and resolved conflicting stakeholder objectives between primary and secondary care and colorectal consultants, successfully reinvigorating a stalled project. We went on to deliver a direct access diagnostic pathway for flexi-sigmoidoscopy for suspected colorectal cancer.
  • Reinvigorated a stalled Digital Transformation Strategy for a large NHS Acute Trust to support the growth of Telemedicine services and expansion of a digital clinical solution into new markets.
  • Successfully troubleshooted and turned around a stalled Department of Health Social Marketing Learning Demonstration Site to reduce underage drinking, resulting in multiple awards and flagship site status.
